Airborne Team Members are the rock stars on the park floor and are cross-trained as cashiers, court monitors, and party hosts. This fun and dynamic role has the opportunity to perform a variety of important functions, all over the park. We guarantee, you'll never be bored! We're seeking enthusiastic humans, ages 15 and older.
Rooted in Michigan, Airborne Adventure is a small, family owned business who brings an exhilarating experience to guests of all ages. We have 4 locations across the state and take the indoor recreation experience beyond the ordinary. Are you high-energy and do you enjoy people... but prefer them from a distance? Join the dynamic Airborne Call Center team! We're seeking pleasant humans, ages 15 and older. No prior call center experience is required; training is provided.
Are you ready to have some FUN while you work? Do you get joy from delivering an amazing guest experience? We are currently searching for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the team at Airborne Adventure Park.
This is a fast paced, fun, and exciting environment, requiring a high-energy person with excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
You will be responsible for effectively leading and managing all aspects of the park as the MOD, as well as assisting the General Manager in daily tasks as needed.

This is a fast paced, fun and exciting environment requiring a high-energy person with excellent leadership, communication and customer engagement skills. The role also requires that you excel at team member relations, guaranteeing an uplifting and engaging experience for our Team.
As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for effectively leading and managing all aspects of the park and for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the park. You will accomplish this by setting performance goals focused on driving sales and profitability, guest and team member satisfaction and ensuring that brand standards are met.
School Year Availability
Typical schedules are during the following hours: Tuesday through Thursday 3:30 PM to 9 PM, Fridays from 3:30 PM to 10 PM, Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 10 PM and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 8 PM. Applicants must be available at least two weekend days.

Summer Availability
Typical schedules are during the following hours: Monday through Wednesday 11:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursdays 11:30 AM to 9 PM, Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 10 PM, and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 8 PM.
Call Center Availibility
Typical schedules are during the following hours: Monday through Friday from 12 to 8 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 6 PM.
