Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement

Deposits are non-refundable. Any deposits made are valid for one year from date of purchase.

If you are jumping for a charity you are committing to raise a minimum of £400, made up of £35 deposit with an amount payable to the parachute centre (depending on which parachute centre you choose) and the remainder (plus gift aid) to the charity. Obviously if you raise more than £400 then your charity will gain more! Your skydive can be FREE if prior agreement has been made with the charity before the jump to confirm that you have raised the minimum amount online. You must get permission from the charity of your choice to participate in a skydive for them, some of the funds you have raised for them will be used to pay for your tandem skydive so it is only right to seek their consent before using such raised funds in this way. They may wish for you to use their sponsor forms to enable them to claim gift aid. You should find out if they are a registered and authentic charity. Airborne Adventure are happy to assist with this process for you.

Once you have paid your deposit and you are booked in, any further changes to dates will be made directly through the Parachute Centre and they will contact you to rebook if required due to poor weather conditions or Centre closure.

You must bring the relevant paperwork with you to the dropzone on the day of the jump. No paperwork – no jump.

Be prepared for a ‘whole day’ experience at the dropzone on the day of your jump as there may be delays for weather.

You need to bring photo ID with you to the Netheravon parachute centre only. Children do not need identification documents.

Please do not bring your pets with you to the dropzone unless they are trained guide/assistance/hearing dogs

Airborne Adventure will try to book your skydive on the day you have requested but an alternative date may have to be arranged, we will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case.

If you have purchased a skydive as a gift it is non-refundable. Gift purchases are valid for one year from the date of purchase. It can be transferred to another person for a fee of £20. You must book your skydive within two months of the expiry date. Leave a little longer if booking in the winter period due to Winter shutdown.

Airborne Adventure do not accept payments by cheque. If this is a problem please call on 07900066617 and we will make an alternative arrangement. The preferred method of payment is via PAYPAL however we can organise a bank transfer or cash payment.

The minimum age for any type of skydive is 16 with parental or legal guardians consent. Anyone wishing to participate aged under 18 years of age must have a BPA membership agreement form completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The maximum age limit for solo courses is 50 years.

The maximum weight limit for male participants is 15 stone and 13 st for females. Your weight must be in proportion to your height. The final decision on suitability for participation rests with the instructor. If you think you are borderline on these restrictions then please seek advice.

For the full list of medical conditions that may restrict you from skydiving see the BPA Tandem Student Declaration of Fitness Form or the Solo Student Declaration of Fitness Form. Forms and further information can be found on the Skydiver Information page

All participants of skydiving activity must NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if the instructor suspects you may be under such influence you will not be able to participate and will forfeit your payment. If the instructor decides your suitability for participation is a cause for concern with regard to safety then you may not be able to jump. You must abide by the parachute centre rules at all times.

If you refuse to jump or cannot jump for a valid reason and need to cancel, refunds for the skydive, aside from the deposit and the third party insurance cover (P6) which is non-refundable, must be discussed directly with the parachute centre.

Skydiving is an extreme sport, be aware of your insurance cover before participation. Your skydive is covered by a mandatory third party insurance cover through the British Parachute Association. Sky Cover cover a one jump skydive for a fee of £29.

You must be aware that by participating in the sport of skydiving there is a risk of serious injury or death.

On payment of your deposit and by booking your tandem skydive or skydive course you will then be under the responsibility of the Parachute Centre and Instructors and you agree that Airborne Adventure will not be held responsible for or liable for any claims arising from accident, injury, death, loss or damage arising from participation.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you have purchased a skydive as a gift it is non-refundable. However for a fee of £25 this can be transferred to another participant.
