faq arrow Are there age restrictions?

All ages are welcome, however Airborne Adventure is recommended for ages 5/up. Flyers must be able to walk and follow simple instruction. Freestyle and Dodgeball courts are separated by age and size. Certain attractions are ages 5+ and height restrictions may apply. All pricing is based on length of flight time, not age.

faq arrow Does membership require a commitment?

Yes. All Airborne Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment before being eligible for cancellation. A signed contract and valid credit card are required to join.

faq arrow Do you sell food and beverage?

Yes. Check out our Air Café Menus for Brighton, Kalamazoo, Taylor, and Saginaw.

faq arrow Do you have lockers, what do they cost, and how do they work?

Yes! We have a selection of lockers to fit your needs. Standard lockers are 14" x 14" x 20" and are $5 for up to 3 hours. Family lockers are 14" x 23" x 20" and are $8 for up to 3 hours. Anything beyond 3 hours is $1 per additional hour. There is a kiosk that walks you through the process. You will set up a personal code so you can access your locker as many times as needed during your visit. Cash and credit cards are both accepted.

faq arrow Are socks required?

Yes. Trampoline Socks are required to participate. They can be purchased at Airborne and reused as long as they are in good condition.

faq arrow Do I need a waiver?

Yes. All participants must have a waiver on file. Guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

faq arrow What is included with my Adventure Pass?

Unless otherwise indicated, all attractions are included.

faq arrow Are Adventure Passes refundable?

No, Adventure Passes are non-refundable.

faq arrow Can I participate with my children?

Freestyle Jump and Dodgeball are separated by age and size so you will not be able to participate next to each other. All other attractions are take-turn activities so you can participate together.

faq arrow Can I bring my own food and beverage?

We have an amazing food and beverage selection in our Air Café. Outside food and beverage is not permitted.

faq arrow Do you offer a military discount?

Yes. We offer a $2 discount on Adventure Passes for all active or retired military members with ID.

faq arrow Do you have birthday parties?

Yes. We have a range of options to meet your needs.

faq arrow Can Airborne Gift Cards be used toward membership?

No. Membership requires a valid credit card with monthly payment. Gift Cards are not applicable on any membership.

faq arrow How to Manage My Membership?

  1. Click on Link to Webstore.
  2. Hit "Log In" in the top right.
  3. Enter your email used on your waiver when you visited the park (If guests are logging in for the first time, they will need to do a password reset in order to gain access to their online account).
  4. Click on their email in the top right and click "My Profile".
  5. Click "My Membership" on the left side to manage your membership.

faq arrow How long is the commitment for a membership?

Memberships are billed month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. If you keep your membership for at least 3 full days after purchasing, it will remain active until the end of the current billing month and then automatically cancel. If you cancel within the first 3 days of purchase, your membership will end immediately, and you will not have access for the rest of the month. This is in accordance with the signed membership agreement.
