Are there age restrictions?
All ages are welcome, however Airborne Adventure is recommended for ages 5/up. Flyers must be able to walk and follow simple instruction. Freestyle and Dodgeball courts are separated by age and size. Certain attractions are ages 5+ and height restrictions may apply. All pricing is based on length of flight time, not age.
Does membership require a commitment?
Our membership program bills on a month-to-month basis from the date you start your membership, automatically until cancelled. (Members within their 1st month must retain their active membership status for a minimum of 3 whole days after purchase, before cancelling, in order to receive the entire month's benefits.) [Multi-Day Passes do not require a commitment].
Do you sell food and beverage?
Yes. Check out our Air Café Menus for Brighton, Kalamazoo, Taylor, and Saginaw.
Do you have lockers, what do they cost, and how do they work?
Yes, lockers are available for rent. Prices may vary, please ask a manger-on-duty for more information.
Are socks required?
Yes. Trampoline Socks are required to participate. They can be purchased at Airborne and reused as long as they are in good condition.
Do I need a waiver?
Yes. All participants must have a waiver on file. Guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.
What is included with my Adventure Pass?Unless otherwise indicated, all attractions are included.
Are Adventure Passes refundable?No, Adventure Passes are non-refundable.
Can I participate with my children?
All attractions are size separated for safety. For unique situations, please ask a manager-on-duty for further assistance.
Can I bring my own food and beverage?
We have an amazing food and beverage selection in our Air Café. Outside food and beverage is not permitted.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. We offer a $2 discount on Adventure Passes for all active or retired military members with ID.
Do you have birthday parties?
Yes. We have a range of options to meet your needs.
Can Airborne Gift Cards be used toward membership?
No. Membership requires a valid credit card with monthly payment. Gift Cards are not applicable on any membership.
How to Manage My Membership?
How long is the commitment for a membership?
Memberships are billed month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. If you keep your membership for at least 3 full days after purchasing, it will remain active until the end of the current billing month and then automatically cancel. If you cancel within the first 3 days of purchase, your membership will end immediately, and you will not have access for the rest of the month. This is in accordance with the signed membership agreement.
